I have been given a lot of knowledgeable about my condition and how to help myself in the future. All the staff were very kind, considerate and showed a lot of compassion towards me. The course was run on time by very professional people and I don't think there is any need for improvement.
Physio listened and took on board my condition.
Condition improved.
Sooner appointments, had to wait a long time for first consultation.
My care has been outstanding. Fraser has been patient, understanding and attentive. Lots of explanation as to the reason for the physical moves to aid motivation and understand the healing process. No suggestions for improvement. Thank you, physio team are a credit to the hospital!
The care from all of the staff were excellent. They made me feel confident that I could actually walk properly again and their patience with everyone was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and they addressed all problems with calmness and positivity. I shall miss coming to the gym.
